What is Responsible Business Week?

Responsible Business Week (23-27 April 2018) is an annual awareness campaign which celebrates the brighter side of business by sharing great responsible business success stories.

It’s never been more important for business to help solve some of the challenging issues facing society today. From protecting our resources, to providing cleaner, healthier and safer environments in the places where we work and live. During the week we’ll be showcasing inspiring stories and bringing experts together to help all businesses create healthy communities at speed, and scale.

Every business has the opportunity and responsibility to make a difference, sector by sector and place by place, so that we’re all doing our bit to help shape the future and take pride in the places where we live and work.  If your company has done something that you’re proud of, such as helping young people develop skills for the future, stimulating your local economy, supporting small business or using natural resources more efficiently, then join the conversation and let us know what you’ve been doing so we can showcase your achievements to other companies. Participating in Responsible Business Week allows you to do the following:

  • Highlight your responsible business case studies nationally
  • Cascade best practice and share your knowledge, challenges and insights with your peers
  • Engage and motivate your employees, customers and suppliers on responsible business
  • Learn from other sector leaders across The Prince's Responsible Business Network

Every business can make a difference, place by place

By sharing your stories, hosting and attending events, or sponsoring the week, you can demonstrate your commitment, set an example and inspire best practice to any organisation that hasn’t begun the journey yet.

What is happening during Responsible Business Week?

We’ll be staging a series of informative events and convening leaders of the responsible business movement to highlight the benefits of creating healthy communities with successful businesses at their heart.

Get social

Throughout the week the #RBWeek hashtag will be used to share inspiring stories, profile sponsors and speakers, as well as build awareness for events, announcements and the responsible business agenda.
